My journey began in bodybuilding, where I discovered the transformative power of strength training. After an unplanned C-section, I learned how to adjust my training approach to heal and strengthen my body, which inspired me to help others do the same. I am ISSA certified in bodybuilding, nutrition, Pilates, and pre and postpartum training.
